Overview
The Thetford Converted Gallery Range (CGR) and Electronic Target Range (ETR) are outdoor military ranges operated and maintained on behalf of the Ministry of Defence by Landmarc Solutions. Military training takes precedence, and civilian shoots may be changed or cancelled at short notice.
Grove Small Arms Club hires two separate ranges at Thetford, which may operate simultaneously with military users on the adjacent range.
Ranges used by the Club:
CGR (Converted Gallery Range): Manually marked targets from 200 metres to 600 yards
ETR (Electronic Target Range): Electronic figure targets at 100, 200, and 300 yards
